Cult Films & Craft Beer At The Brewery – Get Your Tickets To The Pop-Up Cinema

There's nothing quite like watching a great movie with a beer in your hand… so we're taking that to the next level by bringing the cinema into our Walthamstow brewery with our friends at the legendary Stow Film Lounge.

Starting from Thursday 27th February, we'll be showing cult and classic movies on a HUGE 16ft x 9ft cinema screen every other Thursday night – and serving up the freshest beers around, brewed in the very room you're watching the film in.

But why stop there? As well as offering a beer with your ticket, we're also offering Yardsale Pizza to enjoy with your pint and the picture. Oh yeah, and we'll have freshly made popcorn available, too.

Our first three films are the definition of cult viewing and perfect for enjoying in the unique surroundings of the E17 brewery. Make sure you book your tickets as the screenings promise to be really special events.

Thurs 27th February – TRUE ROMANCE

A comic-book nerd and Elvis fanatic Clarence (Christian Slater) and a prostitute named Alabama (Patricia Arquette) fall in love. Clarence breaks the news to her pimp and ends up killing him. He grabs a suitcase of cocaine on his way out thinking it is Alabama's clothing. The two hit the road for California hoping to sell the cocaine, but the mob is soon after them.

Thurs 12th March – THIS IS SPINAL TAP

The legendary spoof about a filmmaker making a documentary about a once-famous, now almost forgotten British heavy metal band returning to the United States after 17 years for a concert tour.

Thurs 26th March – DONNIE DARKO

During the presidential election of 1988, a teenager named Donnie Darko (Jake Gyllenhaal) sleepwalks out of his house one night and sees a giant, demonic-looking rabbit named Frank, who tells him the world will end in 28 days. When Donnie returns home, he finds that a jet engine has crashed into his bedroom. Is Donnie living in a parallel universe, is he suffering from delusions – or will the world really end?
