CAN I BOOK A TABLE?
Although we are setting aside tables for walk-ups, we strongly recommend booking ahead to guarantee a seat. If your desired time & duration is not available, it may be that we are fully booked at that time.

If we are fully booked, rest assured we have tables set aside for walk-ups.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY BOOKING?
You can cancel or amend your booking via your confirmation email from Design My Night.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT YOUR VENUES?
Dogs are indeed allowed and we look forward to meeting them! However, they may not be permitted to enter certain events, so please do check in advance with us before bringing your dog to a gig!
ARE YOUR BEERS VEGAN?
All of our beers are vegan where possible! For a full list of ingredients and allergens we recommend referring to the back of the can.
CAN I MAKE A BULK ORDER TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES?
You can indeed. Please drop us an email to shop@signaturebrew.co.uk with your requirements and one of our team will be in touch to discuss possibilities.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND THERE'S A PROBLEM, HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?
Please get in touch with our customer service team at shop@signaturebrew.co.uk with your order number and enquiry and we'll aim to get it resolved ASAP.
DELIVERY
Standard UK shipping is £7. Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days. Please note we do not process orders or deliver on weekends. We do not currently offer international shipping via our webstore. All of our T-Shirts are shipped separately so please allow 5-8 days for dispatch from point of purchase. You will receive a separate tracking link for merch once the goods have been dispatched. Beer dispatched in 1-3 days from E17.
THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY, WHO DO I CONTACT TO RESOLVE IT?
You will receive tracking details to the email address that was used when placing your order. From there, you can contact the courier directly regarding any delays or damages, to amend your order or to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. For London deliveries there is also the option to amend the delivery time for a small additional charge.
CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, select "Collection" at the checkout to collect your order at our E17 brewery. Our team prepare orders up to 3pm each day. Any orders placed after this time will be ready the following working day. Prepared orders can be collected from our E17 brewery, 12pm - 5pm every day.
