The beer has been designed and created by our Lead Brewer Riina Lääts, who joined us 12 months ago, after previously brewing for Estonia’s Sori Brewing. After working closely on developing and tightening the core range with Sam and I, Anthology has been Riinas opportunity to express her brewing prowess on a more personal level.

I asked Riina to share a few words, on the thought behind Anthology.
“As the nights have started drawing in and we begin to head to the cosiest pubs possible it seemed a deep, velvety imperial stout was the only option! 2017 has been a good year for new beers coming out of our Leyton home and Anthology is the pinnacle of our brewing expression. Everyone in the team has excitedly observed the beers development and we now can’t wait to share it with the world. This is a beer that should be shared with friends while listening to a classic record, or better still aged for future enjoyment.
