The Liverpool launch of Anthology – a highly limited edition Imperial Stout – will be celebrated on Thursday 14th December at The Dead Crafty Beer Company.
Anthology weighs in at 10% ABV with the recipe showcasing six different malts, healthy additions of Chinook hops along with cacao nibs to add a profoundly bittersweet chocolate taste. The beer features intense flavours of dark chocolate, hints of liquorice and vinous notes of dark stone fruit.
Anthology will become an annually released beer, launched every Autumn. Future releases will also include barrel-aged versions and some of this years batch has been put aside for maturation in oak.
