Our Head Of Food, Paul Human has collaborated with co-founder Sam, and Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione to create a unique 7-course beer matched menu, hosted over at The Collab
On the night they will guide you through the food and beer combos, each course served with a perfectly matched beer.
Alongside the incredible food, expect to try Dogfish Head beers not available in the UK, limited edition Signature Brew beers, along with the latest DFHxSB collaboration beer Piercing Pils, a pear tea pilsner, all served up with plenty of beer based banter.
