We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage incoming orders to ensure we’re providing world class customer service. In this role, you will verify customer information, manage our brewery management software, relay order instructions and be the go between the sales and logistics departments.

Applicants should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Ideally you would also understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities

  • Clear communication with customers by phone or email as required to support the sales process
  • Maintaining Brewery Management software
  • Detailed knowledge of all beers and products, as well as their current availability, and future packaging dates. 
  • Communicating with Sales team on a frequent basis
  • POS Dispatch 
  • Liaising with Logistics and Production to ensure the customer is always served perfectly
  • Passing on customer feedback to the relevant departments
  • Conducting telesales calls 
  • Working with the Logistics Manager and Office Manager on special projects
  • Make and process customer contracts
  • Assist sales team with customer research

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service

Sales Administrator Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with sales management software
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
