THE GIG

• Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns for the brand nationally, as well as for our own venues, and events. You will own the brand’s busy social media calendar and have a hands-on role in developing the wider communications strategy and growing Signature Brew’s social media following.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Be a brand guardian and lead in how Signature Brew shows up in all brand content and communications
• Take an active part in weekly Content & Comms meetings, effectively communicating the weekly plan and identifying any wins or challenges
• Create forward-thinking content for our social channels and mailers that stays on-brand whilst driving our marketing strategy forwards
• Be responsible for the execution of our social media and mailer schedule
• Identify trends and opportunities within social media and be proactive in building our channels
• Identify opportunities within our busy schedule of gigs and events to speak to our core consumer and grow the brand
• Attend and capture Signature Brew events at our brewery/music venue, our East London music venue and out in the trade
• Build, schedule and manage targeted ads within the Meta business suite for brand, venues and events adhering to our advertising budget  
• Assist with compiling of insights and pulling reports from Meta, Mailerlite CRM, Shopify and TikTok
• Build and manage audience data for email marketing campaigns & adverts
• Support our webstore with mailers and Google ads
• Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role.

STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

• Ability to be proactive and take initiative in a variety of situations
• Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team setting
• Super-savvy in social media platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Marketing experience, ideally within drinks and/or live entertainment 
• Ability to use Google Software Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics & Meta
• Awesome verbal, written and group communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A good knowledge of the wider universe in which Signature Brew operates (music venues, pubs, national pub groups) is great, but not essential

• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines. 
• Able to build effective relationships at all levels
• A passion for music, great beer and having the best times. 
• Comfortable in The Backstage environment as well as in the Green Room. 
• Keenness to learn new skills 
• Flexible - there will be a requirement to work outside of office hours on occasion.

SALARY - £11k-£13k, depending on experience  

HOURS - Part-time (16 hours per week), flexible hours based on events, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role.

LOCATION - London, part office based, part field based
