We’re seeking bar staff to join our venue in Signature Brew Blackhorse Road. The role will require a confident individual who lives and breathes craft beer and great music.

Signature Brew Blackhorse Road hosts some of London's best underground bands, comedy, and live DJ nights as well as serving a line-up of fresh Signature Brew beer straight from the brewery, as well as cocktails, wine and softs drinks.

1 year of bar experience as supervisor or manager required. Hours will vary to suit the individual and the needs of the business, however more permanent / regulated shift hours are also an option.

About the role…

Supervisors at Signature Brew are vital to the successful running of the site. They are in charge of running great shifts and are experts in Signature Brew Beers.

The ideal Supervisor candidate:

• Passionate and enthusiast for craft beer and music
• Thirst for great hospitality, always with a smile
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Craft beer knowledge preferable
• Experience in hospitality at Supervisor, Shift Leader/Manager level.
• Looks after, trains and nurtures their team.
• A leader who leads by example and it’s not afraid to get stuck in.
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and think on their feet.
• Sell the best beer, served fresh from brewery
• Passionate about good food and drinks.
• Deals well under pressure.
