What could possibly improve upon 2020’s mighty batch of Anthology?
Well, we’d suggest almost nothing, but that didn’t stop us from shipping some beautiful oak bourbon casks all the way from Tennessee and ageing a portion of the brew in the barrels’ sweet, charred embrace.

After primary fermentation the beer was transferred to Old Forester bourbon barrels and left for 3 months to absorb the flavours of the spirit and wood.

The rich, oak flavours meld with the dark, chocolatey malts of Anthology to create something truly special.

This beer contains lactose.
